About

A cascara, vagyis a kávécseresznye szárított húsa és héja izgalmas alapanyag, amelyből a termőterületre és feldolgozásra jellemző ízjegyekkel rendelkező „tea” készíthető.

Cascara comes from the San Roque variety, which is processed naturally, completely sun-dried. After 2 weeks, the cascara is sun-dried again for a few hours to check the moisture content, then bagged again to await export. Very balanced, clean taste, high acidity, notes of rosehip and dried apple.

👉🏼 How to prepare our cascara?
– 6-7 g cascara / dl
– 300 ml of 92 – 96 degrees Celsius water
- at least 4-5 minutes brewing time

Smaller doses of 3-4 grams will give delicious results, but for the most flavourful experience we recommend the original recipe.
